b. Items must be in their original packaging and in the same condition as when you received
them.

2. Timeframe for Returns:
a. You must initiate the return process within 30 days from the date of delivery.
b. Returns requested beyond this timeframe may not be accepted.

3. Return Process:

b. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
c. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a
return authorization if your request meets our return policy criteria.

4. Return Shipping:
a. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on
our part or a defective product.
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for
returns.

5. Inspection and Refund:
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of
your refund.
b. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business
days.
c. Refunds may exclude original shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our
part.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Items:
a. My Pristine Beauty does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged products once
shipped.
b. Tracking information can be provided, and customers may make claims with the shipping
company for lost or stolen items.
c. For damaged items claims, you will be asked to provide images of the damaged items if the
damage occurred in transit.

7. Exchanges:
a. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please follow the return
process for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
